After working for a top advertising firm in San Diego, Jessica realized her true passion was not advertising, but rather interior design and entrepreneurship. From there, she began her new road to interior design, gained her design education, and founded J Hill Interiors, Inc. as a Coronado-based interior design company in 2010.
Jessica started J Hill Interiors as an avenue to bring an elevated aesthetic to more homes. She is known for her timeless look and feel, as well as her intuitive layering of colors, textures, and patterns. While ensuring each space is the client’s own, she reimagines it with a clear vision and an elegant approach.
In addition to priding herself on the results that J Hill Interiors delivers, Jessica and her team prioritize and nurture the relational side of her business. This value is evident in her relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and other industry professionals.
A large spread in HGTV Magazine, the front cover of San Diego Home and Garden magazine, San Diego Magazine, Coronado Magazine, Pottery Barn’s catalog, and NBC San Diego have all showcased Jessica and her team’s work. Her accolades continue on, including awards such as Best of Houzz in Design and Service, as well as Best of Coronado for Interior Designer/Interior Design Firm. J Hill Interiors has completed projects not only in San Diego but also nationally, to establish the company as what it is today: an award-winning, full-service, ASID-accredited interior design firm.
Jessica holds two B.A. Degrees in Business Marketing and Spanish for the Professions from the University of Colorado Boulder. She grew up in small-town South Texas and now resides in Coronado with her husband, Kyle, her daughters, Paisley Sue and Gracie Lynn, and her German Shepherd, Turbo.
In 2018, the couple completed their own custom Coronado dream home, which they love enjoying as a family and for hosting friends. Jessica counts her faith, family, friends, and career as some of her richest blessings in life.
Results and relationships are equally important. Results aren't rewarding without good relationships, and relationships aren't satisfactory without results. You need both.
