Grown from the owners’ love of gardening and the outdoors, this Coronado bungalow’s fresh design adapts to their personal needs, desires, and passions. As a house that had not been updated since the 1950s, there was ample room for a stunning revamp.

Bold patterns, finishes, and colors are featured throughout the spaces the J Hill team remastered in collaboration with RB Uptown. We produced all construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, millwork drawings, and sourced all surface materials and soft materials.

Accentuating retro design elements, the kitchen design in this San Diego home, as well as the dining room and master bathroom, shone with decadent metallics, rich hues, and a collection of indulgent textures. In this bungalow, the present day meets the past with true elegance – and ease for everyday living.
